- During planning phase (0-25% completion): 25% of total project cost
- During development phase (25-75% completion): 50% of total project cost
- During testing/finalization phase (75-100% completion): 75% of total project cost
2.3 Company-Initiated Cancellation
K A Enterprises reserves the right to cancel services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices beyond the grace period
- Breach of contract terms by the client
- Unreasonable demands or behavior that affects project delivery
- Technical constraints that make project completion impossible
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Service cancellation within 7 days of project commencement (if no work has been started)
- Failure to deliver services as per agreed specifications due to our fault
- Technical issues that prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved
- Duplicate payments made by mistake
3.2 Non-Refundable Services

4.3 Refund Processing

5. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial work has been completed, refunds will be calculated as follows:
- Total project cost minus work completed percentage
- Minus applicable cancellation fees
- Minus any third-party costs incurred
6. Maintenance and Support Services
6.1 Monthly/Annual Subscriptions
For ongoing maintenance and support services:
- Cancellation can be done with 30 days written notice
- Refunds are prorated for unused service periods
- Setup fees are non-refundable
6.2 One-time Support
One-time support services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
7. Force Majeure
K A Enterprises shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:
- We encourage amicable resolution through direct communication
- Disputes can be escalated to our management team
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra
